History and Aims

The Terence Rattigan Society was founded in 2011, the centenary of Sir Terence Rattigan’s birth, to celebrate the work and life of one of the twentieth century’s greatest playwrights. Terence Rattigan was a prolific and highly acclaimed author of plays and film scripts, his best-known works including French Without Tears, The Winslow Boy, The Browning Version, The Deep Blue Sea and Separate Tables.
